Camtronics Medical Systems and East Coast Communications Deploy Speech Enabled Auto Attendant from SpeechSwitch

MATAWAN, N.J. - Camtronics Medical Systems has installed a Speech Enabled Auto Attendant from SpeechSwitch, Inc. SpeechSwitch was a wholly owned subsidiary of iVoice, Inc. prior to the spin-off from iVoice that was completed in August 2005 as a special stock dividend distribution to iVoice shareholders.

Camtronics, Inc. implemented a solution that includes the iVoice Speech-Enabled Auto Attendant installed in conjunction with the Avaya, Definity phone system. By installing the iVoice Speech-Enabled Auto Attendant, their customers can call in and speak the name of the person or department they are looking for and be transferred immediately.

SpeechSwitch partner, Source, Inc., sold the Auto Attendant.

The iVoice Speech Enabled Auto Attendant is a solution that works with existing phone systems and voice mail packages.

East Coast Communications (ECCM) has also installed a Speech Enabled Auto Attendant from SpeechSwitch, Inc.

Integrated with analog connectivity on a Comdial PBX, East Coast Communications of Massachusetts (ECCM) has implemented a solution that includes the iVoice Speech Enabled Auto Attendant. The system facilitates easier communication for employees, customers, business partners and suppliers. It allows callers to use their voice to reach a specific person or department.  By speaking a name, a caller can be transferred to the appropriate number.

"We have installed the Speech Enabled Auto Attendant on our own system to introduce this to our valued clientele," said Stephen Rothwell, CEO of ECCM.
