Firstsource and Sanas Partner to Redefine Customer Conversations with AI

Firstsource Solutions has partnered with speech technology provider Sanas to integrate Sanas' Real-Time Accent Translation technology, a speech-to-speech solution that eliminates accent and language barriers, into its contact center technologies.
