GMR Transcription has launched a dashboard that lets clients upload audio, video, and text files for transcription and translation.
With this new dashboard, clients can view and update their profiles, download order and payment histories, submit orders and payments, apply the same order details to multiple files, paste web links, view current file statuses and delivery dates, and more.
"This is a part of our team's continuous efforts to improve our client experience. This dashboard will make it easier than ever for clients to upload their files, submit web links, download their transcripts, and make payments," Beth Worthy, president of GMR Transcription Services, said in a statement.
