Kim, a document generation, assembly, and workflow automation platform provider, and Philips Dictation, a provider of dictation solutions and speech recognition technology, have paired up to launch SpeechFill, which uses speech recognition to generate documents and enhance user accessibility.

SpeechFill harnesses Philips' speech dictation technology, integrated with Kim's advanced document automation and data capture capabilities, to offer document generation through speech. It enables users to generate documents or suites of documents using their voice and capture spoken words as data within forms.

SpeechFill has a broad range of applications, from simplifying HR processes and enhancing customer service experiences to streamlining healthcare data entry and ensuring compliance in legal documentation.

"SpeechFill is more than just a product; it's a step toward creating a more inclusive digital world," said Samantha Jefferies, vice president of sales at Kim Technologies, in a statement "We're proud to partner with Philips on this journey, bringing unmatched ease and accessibility to organizations everywhere."

"Partnering with Kim Document is the next evolution for Philips Dictation and SpeechLive. Using speech recognition to populate forms and automatically generate documents or suites of documents and push the data captured into other systems is a big step forward to improving accessibility and efficiency," said Ryan Braddock, vice president and sales director for the United Kingdom, Ireland, and South Africa at Philips, in a statement.
