Pindrop Brings Advanced AI Fraud Detection to Cisco Webex

Pindrop, a provider of voice authentication, fraud and deepfake detection technology, has partnered Webex by Cisco, a  provider of collaboration technologies, to bring Pindrop's solutions to the Webex Suite and Webex Contact Center.

Through this partnership, Cisco customers will gain access to Pindrop’s full suite of passive voice biometric authentication, advanced fraud detection, consortium-driven fraud intelligence, and Pindrop Pulse for Meetings, its newest product for real-time deepfake detection. Together, these capabilities extend across customer contact centers and internal collaboration tools.

Within the Webex Contact Center, the Pindrop solutions integration enables passive biometric authentication to verify trusted customers, while its advanced fraud detection and device intelligence defend against account takeovers and synthetic identities. In Webex Meetings, Pindrop Pulse for Meetings introduces real-time, multi-modal deepfake detection, analyzing audio, video, and location data simultaneously.
