TuVox Sees Market Embracing Enterprise Speech Software

LOS ALTOS, Calif. - TuVox announced its fifth consecutive quarter of record sales and customer growth. During the third quarter of fiscal 2004, TuVox secured a number of key new customer wins, including Columbia House, Netflix, Oriental Trading Company and the United States Postal Service. The company also delivered additional applications to many of its existing customers, such as MCI, TiVo, Activision and Definity Health.

"Due to the growing awareness of the benefits of voice self-service, competition in the market has accelerated," said Art Schoeller, senior analyst, Yankee Group. "Organizations are looking to vendors like TuVox who can cost effectively deploy highly customized automated speech applications quickly and easily."

TuVox was recently awarded a CRM Excellence Award for 2004 by the Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC(TM))'s Customer Inter@ction Solutions(R) magazine.
