Voiceforce Partners with .NET Award Winner

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA - Sydney based voice technology company, Voiceforce, announced it has formed a strategic partnership with Cyence International, North America's provider of automated credit decisioning and transaction processing software for finance companies.

Voiceforce and Cyence will work together to develop a voice interface for Cyence's ExpressOS platform, currently used by a range of banks and finance companies around the world to automate the credit application process. Cyence recently won Microsoft's Innovation Award and was named .NET Developer of the Year for its industry leading software.

Using the latest in speech recognition, TTS and communications technology, the solution will deliver Cyence's customers the ability to access and submit information anywhere, anytime. They will no longer be dependent on a browser - all they will need is a phone.

"Many of our clients originate credit applications at the point of sale and this can mean visiting customer premises, or even their home" said Hollinsworth Auguste, CTO of Cyence. "Giving these salespeople anywhere, anytime access to the information they need makes them more productive and lets them spend more time selling."

Beyond making finance salespeople more productive, the solution will provide a range of voice-enabled features for CEO's and senior management. "In the fast paced world we live in, CEO's need to be free to travel around and still remain in touch with the day-to-day performance of their business" said Auguste. "With that critical information only a phone call away, CEO's can stay in touch more easily than ever before".

"Despite the geographic distance between our companies, the decision to partner with Voiceforce was an obvious one for us" stated Auguste. "In addition to their specialist skills in the voice enabling field, the principals have great depth of experience in the finance industry. So they understand our customers as well as we do."

"We are delighted to be working with an organization as innovative and respected as Cyence" said Richard Berkman, CEO of Voiceforce. "Amidst all the post .com doom and gloom, Cyence is one technology company that has continued to grow and flourish. This is testimony to the quality of their solutions and the value they add to their clients. We look forward to introducing their world class delivery system to Australian finance companies."
