WebForPhone Partners with Salesforce.com

PHILADELPHIA - NetXentry LLC's WebforPhone has become a strategic partner of Salesforce.com.  WebForPhone provides a new way to access CRM via speech.  The WebforPhone platform translates between a telephone user's speech and the Internet, acting as a speech browser for the Internet. 

An executive on the move can request by speech to find or update SalesForce.com CRM data - contacts, events, products, etc.  Users can register and then dial the WebforPhone platform to execute their requirements.  

Also, WebForPhone allows for an automated contact center by providing self-service by telephone speech to customers and suppliers.  Users can perform speech enabled self-service functions on a Web site.  SalesForce.com CRM can now be automatically emulated to provide speech-based phone customer self service.
