Cloud9 Partners with GreenKey for Voice Trading Solution
Cloud9 Technologies, a provider of cloud-based communications, and GreenKey Technologies, a provider of artificial intelligence-powered conversational analytics, have teamed up to provide a solution for the secure extraction of voice trading data. The collaboration will leverage Cloud9's C9 Trader voice collaboration platform and GreenKey's speech recognition and natural language processing engine within IPC's Connexus Cloud financial ecosystem.
The collaboration will allow customers to voice-populate desktop applications, such as trade tickets, exchange clearing portals, and CRM systems. The solution can also be used to structure C9 audio files into organized lists of quotes and trades.

Through the collaboration, Cloud9 and GreenKey will be able to identify all products, pricing, and counterparties within the C9 audio recording. Customers will then be provided with a full report detailing the data.
With Cloud9, Custodia can integrate voice trading into Custodia Assist and store voice metadata in the cloud.
Dictation as a Service is a cloud-based financial trade recording and transcription service.
