Observe.ai Offers Voice AI on Genesys' AppFoundry
Observe.ai's Voice AI tool that analyzes 100 percent of calls for agent enablement, is now available on the Genesys AppFoundry, a dedicated marketplace focused on customer experience solutions.
With the new integration to the Genesys Cloud all-in-one cloud contact center platform, Observe.ai's Voice AI Platform uses artificial intelligence to coach agents with the context of customer sentiment, emotion, intent, silence, and more.
"As Observe.ai and Genesys continue to support the shift to remote work, we are prioritizing helping support teams lead conversations with compassion through our integration, which is now available on the Genesys AppFoundry marketplace," said Sharath Keshava Narayana, Observe.ai's chief revenue officer, in a statement.
Cloud contact center provider 3CLogic is adding Observe.ai's SpeechNLP, call transcription, sentiment analysis, and quality management features.
Observe.AI's Voice AI platform has become part of Telarus' portfolio of suppliers.
Observe.AI also signed a multiyear partnership with Microsoft to bring AI-powered coaching and conversational insights to joint customers.
