Behavox Launches Behavox Voice 20

Behavox, a provider of compliance solutions, has launched Behavox Voice 20, its updated transcription solution in nine languages for regulatory compliance.

Behavox Voice has undergone significant enhancements to improve its performance. The word error rate (WER) of the current solution has been reduced from an average of 32 percent to 20 percent.

Behavox Voice 20 seamlessly integrates with Behavox's AI Risk Policies, introduced in 2022 with Behavox Quantum AI. It will be available as a free upgrade to all Behavox Voice customers starting in the first quarter of 2024.
