SRC Appoints New Head of Technical Operations as Digital Dictation Support Facility Expands

LONDON - SRC has appointed James Araali-Kabyanga as head of technical operations as part of a continuing program of expansion and investment in the company's technical services group.

James will oversee the delivery of support to SRC's speech recognition and WinScribe digital dictation clients and joins SRC with over 10 years experience in IT consultancy, specializing in the operation of large-scale support organizations.

During this time James ran support at Quidnunc and also worked with a wide range of organizations building and managing bespoke solutions and running the support service operations that maintained those solutions.

In addition to customer support, James will lead the custom development, systems integration and other technical aspects of SRC's solutions delivery services, together with operation of the unique SRC Hosted Digital Dictation Service, which eliminates the need for companies to invest in their own digital dictation infrastructure and operational support by providing secure access to a WinScribe system located at SRC's major speech services hosting centre.
