VoiceTrust Unveils Dynamic Caller Verification Product

VoiceTrust, a global provider of digital payment and voice biometric solutions and technologies, has released VT inTalk, a solution for dynamic caller verification.

The off-the-shelf deployable solution addresses the needs of call centers to verify the authenticity of callers while engaged in natural dialogues. VT inTalk dynamically compares the speaker's voice with the claimant's existing voice print to provide additional assurance that the caller is who he/she claims to be.

VT inTalk will be integrated with the Genesys GVP platform, a standards-based voice portal that enables businesses to provide cost-effective customer interactions for voice, video, and Web-based interactions.
