Angel.com Integrates Survey Tools from Clicktools

Angel.com today released Survey Solutions, a voice technology product that enables organizations to produce and deploy surveys into existing interactive voice response (IVR) systems and call center applications.

Through integration with on-demand surveys from Clicktools, Angel.com collects customer data and transfers survey results from the IVR into Salesforce.com.

“The main value here is the fact that we’re able to offer clients the ability to gather survey data—mainly satisfaction surveys—from the phone as well as the Web, and have all the data gathered be accessible from any place and from one interface,” says Ahmed Bouzid, director of partnerships at Angel.com.

Angel.com's Web-based solution integrates with Clicktools through an application programming interface so customers can collect and analyze data through Salesforce.com. The on-demand application enables the collection of data from customers, partners, and employees to better understand caller behavior and preferences as well as gauge caller and employee satisfaction.

Bouzid says the solution is easy to deploy. Customers can build the application via the Web browser and add a transaction page component that allows them to send data from the application in real time to the Clicktools backend. Additionally, customers can create surveys in any language and the application has no size or complexity.

The partnership between Angel and Clicktools came about, Bouzid says, at Dreamforce—the annual Salesforce.com event—when the two companies met and began thinking about teaming up.

“We realized that there was actual demand for a solution like this,” he says.

Bouzid says Angel—which has been custom building these solutions for customers—anticipates significant interest in the release.

“Now we have a solution that is out of the box,” he says. “Our clients love out of the box solutions and this opens up a whole market in Salesforce for us again…We do have a pipeline of interest.”
