Aspect Communications Backs Aculab Technology

MILTON KEYNES, UK - Aculab announced that Aspect Communications Corporation has selected Aculab's IP telephony cards for use in the latest version of Aspect's IVR solution, Aspect Customer Self-Service® version 7 (CSS 7). Via a long-term alliance, Aspect has utilized Aculab's technology to deliver mission-critical E1 telephony based self-service solutions to customers around the world. Aculab's existing E1 cards and IP telephony cards use the same APIs, making it easier for developers to implement VoIP capability.
