ClickFox Continues to Expand in the APAC Region

ClickFox, a software company delivering patented technology that analyzes customer interaction behavior across enterprise touch-points like self-service environments, signed a business partner agreement with FDS Networks Group.

This new partnership expands ClickFox's ability to deliver Behavioral Intelligence technology across the Asia Pacific Markets. Companies that take advantage of the ClickFox and FDS Group solution will be able to analyze the activities of customers in self-service channels.

ClickFox's patented software shows their customers' step-by-step navigation through DTMF and speech-enabled IVR systems, allowing line-of-business owners to know which experiences are successful-and which are not. ClickFox translates customer interactions into an interactive, visual map of user behavior.
