Monaco Telecom Enables VoiceDriven Communications to Expand Voice Services Market in Europe

In cooperation with Monaco Telecom, VoiceDriven Communications distributes its packaged and customized solutions to carriers and enterprises Europe-wide.

VoiceDriven solutions include VoiceDriven Meter Reader for the utilities industry, and VoiceDriven Hotel Reservation System. The VoiceDriven Receptionist is an auto-attendant application that answers and transfers calls. VoiceDriven Call Qualification is a service that allows call centers to create their own applications for caller pre-qualification. It is offered as an outsourced solution on a pay-per-use basis, and does not require any capital investment.

VoiceDriven is able to host solutions on the VoiceXML platform at Monaco Telecom. VoiceDriven's multilingual touchtone and speech recognition solutions can be deployed on any VoiceXML 2.0 compliant platform. These include platforms by the providers such as VoiceGenie, Genesys and Voxpilot. VoiceDriven is also able to install its services on existing customer equipment.

Through its cooperation with Monaco Telecom, VoiceDriven offers its solutions to customers in more than 28 countries. VoiceDriven's portfolio of services and solutions are targeted at call centers, carriers, media companies, the utility sector, and transport and tourism companies throughout Europe.
