NuEcho Releases NuBot 3.12 Testing Platform

Nu Echo, a solutions developer and professional services organization specializing in the contact center market, has released NuBot 3.12, the latest version of its proprietary performance testing platform. On the market since 2010, NuBot allows organizations to evaluate the performance of their telephony infrastructure and contact centers from end to end.

The NuBot platform automates performance testing, allowing enterprises to validate the functionality and capacity the system can actually handle.

NuBot 3.12 provides more advanced features and functionality, including the following:

  • A new Web interface featuring social login, single-click test launch, real-time monitoring, and analytics straight from a browser;
  • A new application state tracking mechanism featuring audio pattern matching; and
  • Several concurrency optimization features allowing for new levels of call density.

"Clients are looking to ensure the performance of their systems, which translates into improved client experience and operations," said Daniel Paradis, vice president of business development at Nu Echo, in a statement. "Nu Echo and NuBot make that happen."

NuEcho is also offering a Fast-Track package that provides a turnkey solution; pairing NuBot 3.12 with the company's professional services team.
