Apptera Campaign Manager for Retail enables retailers to define personalized, interactive marketing messages and rollout new voice campaigns.  Using a graphical point-and-click interface, users can create campaigns—reducing the need for any ongoing IT support.  Working in conjunction with Apptera's caller profiling solution, Apptera voice campaigns can be targeted based on the callers' intent, demographics, personal information, and previous product purchases.  New voice campaigns can be integrated into Apptera's voice self-service applications or any third party IVR, and with the business reporting, users can monitor and analyze campaign results to adjust or tune any part of their campaign.
