AudioCodes Acquires Callverso
AudioCodes has acquired Callverso, a provider of conversational artificial intelligence and natural language understanding technology for contact centers. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Callverso's virtual agent solution (VICA) is deployed in major healthcare, utility, and other service providers in Israel, where it automates complex business tasks such as scheduling medical appointments and bill payments.
This acquisition enables AudioCodes to add Callverso's conversational AI capabilities to its contact center solutions and Live CX services that already cover voice connectivity, work-from-home solutions, contextual click-to-call, and voice channel integration with chatbots.
