CallMiner Integrates with Zoom

CallMiner, a provider of conversation intelligence, has integrated with Zoom Meetings, ingesting and analyzing video and audio from the collaboration and communication platform.

With CallMiner's Zoom Meetings integration, organizations can understand what's happening in Zoom interactions and combine it with other customer conversation types, such as traditional contact center conversations, to gain a more complete picture of patterns, emerging trends, and opportunities to improve customer experience.

The integration with Zoom Meetings is the latest in CallMiner's integration and partner ecosystem. CallMiner previously announced integrations with Zoom Contact Center and Zoom Phone. Together, these integrations empower CallMiner customers to get more out of their Zoom experiences.
