Flow.ai Launches the Flow.ai Conversational AI Toolkit
Flow.ai has launched the Flow.ai Conversational AI Toolkit to allow design teams to collaborate on building chatbots or other conversational applications.
Flow.ai divides the chatbot development process into separate apps. This allows writers to model the dialogue flows, developers to code additional functionality, and customer service representatives to respond to questions the AI is unable to answer. All these functions are combined into one suite.
The Flow.ai platform offers a solution for the entire chatbot building pipeline. It supports video, images, audio, or text, and comes with Facebook Messenger, web client, and CRM integrations. It includes neural networked natural language processing and supports multiple languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, and Italian.
"Flow.ai is really focussed on letting you create a great user experience," said company co-founder Gijs van de Nieuwegiessen in a statement. "We strongly believe our toolkit will help designers leverage the power of machine learning without all the coding. We are very curious to see what people will create with our tools."
