Orbita Adds to OrbitaENGAGE

Orbita, a provider of conversational voice and chat solutions for healthcare and life sciences organizations, has updated its digital front door offering, OrbitaENGAGE, with more support for care navigation and campaigns.

OrbitaENGAGE helps healthcare organizations reach and engage patients through natural conversational voice and chatbot technology. Solution updates include automated, flexible campaigns that support provider outreach and technologies that allow for voice search, conversational calls to action, and operational dashboards.

OrbitaENGAGE enables patients to take control of their healthcare experience through its messaging and communications module. The module facilitates and automates notifications and nudges for patients to take action such as rescheduling canceled appointments, and allows healthcare providers to communicate reopening and safety procedures, pre-screen prior to appointments, conduct mental health screenings and support, and more.
