Teleo Capital Merges SharpenCX and Plum Voice

Teleo Capital will merge Sharpen Technologies, a provider of cloud-based contact center software, and Plum Voice, a provider of artificial intelligence-powered voice-based customer interaction technology. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

With this acquisition, Sharpen will gain access to Plum Voice's technology platform, expanding its capabilities in interactive voice response (IVR) and conversational AI. Plum Voice's solutions, including voice automation, speech recognition, and omnichannel capabilities, will complement Sharpen's product portfolio.
