Vialto Releases E2GO 2003 for Microsoft Exchange 2003

CUPERTINO, CA - Vialto Corporation, a provider of voice-driven multimodal applications for the mobile workforce, announced E2Go 2003 for Microsoft (MSFT) Exchange 2003, a third-generation voice-driven application optimized for mobile business users. With E2Go 2003, mobile employees can use any phone to listen and respond to their e-mail and appointments, and voice dial anyone in their personal address book or corporate directories. Vialto E2Go 2003 (E2Go) is an enterprise-secure, server based software application that provides voice query capability to enable mobile users to access their e-mail. The Vialto solution is scalable to the entire workforce and provides a customized alert and reminder system using SMS (text messaging) which notifies users of important updates. "Vialto has been a leader in voice driven data access for a number of years," said Mark Cabot, managing director of Allin Consulting for Northern California (ALLN). "They are building on their success with their release of E2GO 3.2 by providing additional capabilities and support for Exchange 2003." "Mobile professionals are demanding anytime access to corporate data and e-mail," said Ramneek Bhasin, CEO of Vialto. "However, most large corporations are saying no to buying expensive devices and the recurring monthly fees that go with those devices. With organizations migrating rapidly to Microsoft Exchange 2003, our goal with E2Go is to make mobile e-mail access affordable and ubiquitous, just like voicemail."
