Vocantas & Cogsdale Team to Provide Telephony & Customer Service Management for Utilities and Municipalities

Vocantas and Cogsdale  have entered into an OEM agreement. According to the terms of the agreement, Cogsdale will distribute Vocantas' Utilities OnCallT Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system.   

Utilities OnCall will integrate with Cogsdale's Customer Service Management (CSM) system through a pre-built interface. The new solution provides municipalities and utilities companies with a Computer Telephony and customer management solution. 

Utilities OnCall is an Interactive IVR system that is designed to automate telephony interactions and reduce ongoing customer service costs.  Utilities OnCall provides customers with automated access to account information, allows them to report meter readings, pay bills over the phone and more - all without agent intervention. Outbound notification capabilities inform customers of emergencies, service interruptions, or overdue notices.

Cogsdale CSM serves as a billing and financial system and customer service management software that functions with the Microsoft Business Solutions Great Plains suite of products.
