Voxware Expands Europe

BRUGES, BELGIUM - Voxware, Inc. (OTC:VOXW) is extending their European presence. Expanding their local customer support in the Benelux, France, Germany and the UK, Voxware purchased a significant equity interest in Voxware n.v. Voxware n.v., headquartered in Bruges, was established in the second half of 2002 when it purchased all the assets of SyVox Europe. Voxware's VoiceLogistics™ applications enable warehouse workers to communicate with their central business computer system through voice, thereby freeing their hands and eyes to enable them to work faster and safer, with fewer errors. VoiceLogistics is language- and dialect-independent, and has already been implemented in English, Dutch, French, German, Hungarian and Spanish. The applications add value to any WMS (Warehouse Management System) or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system by managing activities in order to maximize productivity and accuracy of the jobs performed by the mobile workers. Voxware has a large number of US customers, as well as customers in seven European countries. Pascal Persyn has been appointed managing director of Voxware nv to head the operation.
