bridgeSpeak Releases bridgeSpeak AR 1.2

MADISON HEIGHTS, Mich. - bridgeSpeak LLC released bridgeSpeak AR 1.2, the next version of bridgeSpeak's vertically integrated communication system for automotive dealerships.  The new release features a customer satisfaction follow up module to help dealers ensure that their customers are satisfied with the service they receive in the store. 

Customer satisfaction follow up allows dealers to identify those customers that were not satisfied with a recent experience at the store.  This may be a new or used car sale, service appointment, or any other event specified by the dealer.  Customers are called, and using bridgeSpeak's speech recognition dialog, are asked if they were satisfied.  Any customer answering no generates an alert for dealership personnel to follow up with that customer to resolve the issue.
