Gyst Analytics Launches as a Stand-Alone SaaS Subscription

Gyst Technologies has made its Gyst Analytics product available as a stand-alone cloud-based subscription. Up until now, Gyst Analytics hads only been available as an integral component of the Gyst product suite.

Gyst Analytics allows users to do the following:

  • Monitor the impact of functional changes to voice applications in real time;
  • Guide digital transformation roadmaps with additional data on voice channels;
  • Prepare for and adjust to changes in daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal call volume and patterns;;
  • Know that voice channels are working optimally for customers.

Gyst Analytics can be added to any voice applications and works for any voice platform, whether hosted, on premises, or hybrid.
