Krisp Launches AI Voice Translation v2.0
Krisp, a provider of real-time voice artificial intelligence technology, has launched AI Voice Translation v2.0, the second iteration of its AI-powered voice interpretation solution designed for conversations between human agents and customers.
AI Voice Translation v2.0 adds advanced capabilities like Synchronous mode, which enables both parties to speak and hear in their languages. The solution supports more than 80 languages. Other capbilities include the following:
- Auto-scoring, which automatically evaluates 100 percent of translated calls.
- Custom prompts, which allows admins to pre-record branded, language-specific opening messages that set expectations, explain the call flow, and reflect company tone of voice.
- Language auto-detection, which identifies customers' languages within seconds and offers to activate Voice Translation.
- Customer vocabulary with preloaded key terms, product features, and domain-specific language.
"AI Voice Translation introduces a new standard for multilingual communication for organizations of any size," said Davit Baghdasaryan, CEO and co-founder of Krisp, in a statement. "From instant, natural-sounding translation to automated quality checks and effortless deployment, we're transforming how organizations connect with customers across languages. Beyond a technology upgrade, this tool drives faster resolutions and stronger customer relationships to improve performance at every level of the contact center."
