Convergys Selected by Fifth Third Bancorp

CINCINNATI, OH - Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG) announced a five-year contract with Fifth Third Bancorp (NASDAQ: FITB) to provide human resources and payroll administration services. Convergys will support Fifth Third in Human Resources (HR) administration with capabilities in payroll administration and processing, compensation administration, performance management support, knowledge management services, benefits administration, time and attendance management, recruitment technology, and a comprehensive self-service, user-friendly Web portal.
