CallCommand Changes Name to OneCommand

CallCommand, provider of integrated communications solutions, announced Monday that it has renamed itself to OneCommand.  The new name is meant to indicate the company’s focus on unified communications and customer retention in its core automotive dealer market.

The name change comes after an active year for the company, which featured the delivery of 70 million personalized communications on behalf of more than 4,000 North American clients, numerous personnel shakeups, an appearance on Inc. 5000’s list of fastest-growing private companies, and client success particularly within auto dealerships. For instance in June, CallCommand reported that dealers using the company’s OnCommand Solution, which allows users to deliver personalized communications through a variety of channels to certain recipients at specific times, sold a combined 35,000 vehicles for more than $50 million in gross profits.

"Our commitment is to continue to build the products and services that our customers have come to count on," said OneCommand CEO Al Babbington in a recent release.  "With OneCommand, messages are easier than ever for our customers to send to their customers and more convenient for their customers to receive. We believe our company will be stronger because of this change and we hope the industry shares in our excitement."
