Holly Connects Partners with telisma to Expand ASR

Holly Connects and telisma have signed a partnership agreement that will see the Holly Voice Platform support teliSpeech, telisma’s speech recognition software, and provide Holly Connects with the opportunity to extend its advanced speech offering, particularly in Europe and India.

By certifying teliSpeech as compatible with the Holly Voice Platform we are supporting languages spoken by 2 billion people with extensive coverage of European and Indian languages."

It integrates the latest technological innovations and makes a new generation of simpler, more intuitive and reliable interactive voice-enabled services accessible to very large numbers of users. Service Providers use teliSpeech together with Holly to create and deploy speech recognition based services in CRM easily, such as; natural language self service or intelligent routing and automation of call centers. Telisma’s products are also used in the home space enabling voice interaction with wireless devices to communicate and access digital content or voice portal information.
