Chinese Bank to Deploy PerSay Voice Biometrics Technology

China Merchant’s Bank selected PerSay’s FreeSpeech for transparent authentication of customers calling CMB contact centers. The bank will integrate the solution into its Huawei-based contact centers in the next few months.

Once the rollout is complete, CMB will be the first bank in China to deploy voice biometrics. CMB was also the first to introduce financial contact centers as well as eBanking services to the Chinese financial market.
