Vocollect Achieves SAP Certification for Its VoiceDirect ERP Solution

Vocollect's VoiceDirect ERP 1.0 voice solution has been certified by SAP for integration with the SAP Warehouse Manager (SAP WM) and Extended Warehouse Manager (SAP EWM) applications. As an SAP software solution partner with solutions that have been certified by SAP, Vocollect now offers both direct-integrated and middleware-based voice-directed workflow solutions in support of SAP solutions, helping customers and integrators to significantly improve the productivity and accuracy of their warehouse operations.

The SAP Integration and Certification Center has certified that Vocollect VoiceDirect ERP 1.0 integrates with SAP’s ITS Mobile, providing connectivity toSAP WM and SAP EWM to exchange critical data with instances of SAP Business Suite Applications.

The Vocollect Voice solutions integrate with SAP WM and SAP EWM, facilitating the pragmatic investment of voice-centric technology that drives quantifiable bottom-line improvements by 5 percent or more. Vocollect Voice can be applied to enhance common warehouse tasks such as picking/order selection, replenishment, put-away, and cycle-counting. For added customer flexibility and choice, Vocollect Voice can be deployed on Vocollect Talkman mobile computers and a range of other mobile devices.

Integrators savvy with SAP solutions can leverage existing proficiency in ABAP programming language, HTML, and XML to support customer workflow needs and extend the total solution to voice-enable warehouse transactions. This will now help system integrators knowledgeable with SAP solutions to voice-enable their SAP warehouse operations.

Vocollect’s VoiceDirect ERP for use with SAP solutions leverages the voice capabilities of the SAP NetWeaver platform to facilitate the deployment of Vocollect Voice as a direct, real-time solution for enterprises also using SAP WM and SAP EWM. Vocollect Voice can quickly be configured by an integrator to voice-enable standard SAP mobile data entry transactions, helping to ease the development and integration required to support a voice implementation.
