Radish Introduces ChoiceView Visual IVR

NEW YORK (SpeechTEK) -- Radish Systems today introduced its ChoiceView iOS 7 true visual IVR application.

The ChoiceView app has been updated for Apple's iOS 7 mobile operating system and is now available via the Apple App Store. Enhancements include an iOS 7 user interface and improved local history so users can revisit ChoiceView content without a data connectiopn. ChoiceView allows visual information and secure data to be shared during a phone call over any network and mobile device.

With the application, nurses can talk with patients while relaying complex medical information in visual format. In retail, customers can talk with a sales rep while receiving product information, order status, and purchase details as visual content.

"The ChoiceView app provides a high-performance and secure way for data to be exchanged during a phone call between mobile devices and businesses and it does so in a way that's totally compatible with the existing business infrastructure," said Richard Davis, chief technology officer at Radish Systems, in a statement. "The approach avoids the typical limitations of HTTP-based architectures and provides next-generation capabilities well beyond Web browsing in tghe presence of a phone call."
