COLUMBUS, OH - FutureCom Technologies Inc., a speech and signal processing technology company, announces its newest partnership with Chicago-based Anexsys LLC, a provider of technology and e-government solutions. The partnership brings speech and signal processing (telephony control, DTMF, play and record, transaction support) to technology-integrated voice-response systems, call centers and other large-scale information, payment and customer-care solutions for e-government applications. With the addition of CommUnify, Anexsys has a network-grade, speech-integrated voice response (IVR) platform that is scalable and cost-effective for its IVR-based electronic applications. According to FutureCom President, Jeanne Gokcen, "Anexsys is using a product that has state-of-the-art speech recognition and text-to-speech synthesis components. Using software-only components reduces the need for expensive and specialized telephony hardware and unifies most speech processing and communication functions." "FutureCom quickly developed a high quality speech-integrated IVR platform that strategically positions us for both current and future applications," said John Dilenschneider, Anexsys President. "Their flexibility and responsiveness has been invaluable to us."
