LamarTech To Offer Systems Integration Services for Aspect Communications

SAN JOSE, CA - Aspect Communications Corporation (Nasdaq: ASPT) announced that LamarTech will resell and offer systems integration services for Aspect's business communications software. LamarTech will offer Aspect software exclusively as its contact center solution. The agreement will further increase Aspect's reach into the banking, insurance, global telecommunications and utilities industries, where LamarTech is particularly strong. LamarTech provides technical services for interactive voice-processing systems used by contact centers of Fortune 500 companies and develops solutions that combine traditional voice self-service, advanced speech recognition and computer telephony integration with the power, flexibility and capability offered by the Internet. In addition to being a reseller of the Aspect Enterprise Contact Server and Aspect Customer Self-Service software, LamarTech will offer a range of additional services including hardware acquisition and integration, custom application development, packaged applications, Web interfaces and ongoing system and application support.
