ReadSpeaker TTS Voices Power Cosibot, a COVID-19 FAQ Voicebot from ROBO.AI
ReadSpeaker's German, English, and Portuguese text-to-speech voices are currently being used by Cosibot, a non-profit initiative driven by start-ups and companies wanting to contribute to the fight against COVID-19.
Cosibot was developed by ROBO.AI, a provider of customer service messaging and automation. It was designed for all users, especially those with difficulty typing or visual impairments, and provides free text-based and spoken answers to questions about the COVID-19 pandemic using data from various government sources.
Over time, Cosibot will learn to give increasingly qualified answers through integrations with Robo Talk cooperation technology and ROBO.AI Proactive Learning.
