VocaLabs Adds Rick Rappe as Vice President of Sales

EDEN PRAIRIE, MN - Vocal Laboratories, developer of customer satisfaction surveys for telephone based services, announced that veteran Rick Rappe has joined the company as Vice President of Sales. Previously, Rappe was founder and Chief Executive Officer of WirelessNorth, and in 1998 he was named as one of the top 50 wireless industry professionals. He has been a sought after speaker on a variety of business topics and is the author of multiple industry articles. Since the mid-1980s, Rappe launched and managed several successful start-up companies where he implemented customer service agent incentive programs. He was involved with the installation of one of the first speech recognition systems over 20 years ago.
