New Business Resources Launches Company

IPSWICH, MA - New Business Resources (NBR) announced the formal launch of the company, a collaborative of independent, industry analysts and consultants focused on communication technologies. NBR will offer market intelligence and support for companies concerned with call center automation/optimization, CRM, unified communications, voice recognition, multimodal, Web and mobile applications. NBR will target the underserved market segment of new and emerging technology businesses providing an alternative to traditional research and analyst service models. The collaborative business model enables NBR to offer its clients access to traditionally cost-prohibitive business and market information resources and services, including quality market data and intelligence, management consulting and business strategy expertise, marketing services and business development support.
