Professional Automation Services Hires Pronexus VBVoice

Professional Automation Services (PAS) has chosen Pronexus' VBVoice 7 interactive voice response system development toolkit to update its employee payroll IVR application.

VBVoice IVR software enables the creation of feature-rich IVR solutions including auto-attendants, automated payments, fax applications, notifications, polling and surveys. IVR applications built with VBVoice have been deployed by thousands of customers in numerous industries including banking, government, healthcare, insurance and utilities.

Brian Anderson, president of Professional Automation Services, searched for a technology to replace the company's previous solution provider who had been bought out. He chose VBVoice after reviewing several different systems because he liked the Visual Basic compatibility and Microsoft .NET technology, and found the sample IVR applications that come with VBVoice very useful. The sample applications that come with VBVoice were easy to understand and will result in reduced development costs, he said.

The reception for our latest release VBVoice 7 has been tremendous. Many companies find VBVoice 7s support for latest Microsoft technologies like Visual Studio 2010, Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 and Dialogic voice boards a winning combination, said Gary Hannah, president and CEO of Pronexus. Thats just one of the reasons why companies like Professional Automation Services depend on VBVoice 7 for their payroll IVR solutions.

Professional Automation Services application, the MyEPayStub, provides an easily accessible pay retrieval solution for any employee with access to a telephone or web browser. As employers move to direct deposit and pay cards as a means to reduce or eliminate payroll costs, including printing/mailing charges, the MyEPayStub solution provides greater employee access while reducing in-house printing/mailing and staff time servicing these requests.

The Pronexus sales staff has been excellent in explaining the technology and making sure the fit was proper, said Anderson, who is working on the application conversion now and anticipates having their replacement application built in the next 45-60 days.
